You set the time budget. We will divide the dollar budget by our hourly rate and spend that amount of time cleaning your space. We have a minimum of $80. Once we have your time budget we will work with you to develop a realistic list of what we can get done. Of course we don't just stop when the list is done we find stuff to clean. Our cleaners may or may not tell you what extra they have done. If you would like to know please let us know on your written list. Be sure to tell us what is important to you. For example: "1) I like my floors very clean 2) the master bathroom is really dirty it may take all the rest of the time to clean it. 3) Please change the sheets on the master bed (the clean sheets are in the closet) Put the soiled ones in the laundry room 4) Kitchen stove. If you get to 3 I will be very happy." That sounds realistic for 2 hours of cleaning. Hopefully when you return home you will find all four things done as well as the kitchen sink and counters cleaned. Or something equally good. We want to earn your business and will work as quickly as possible to get done what you would like so that you will feel comfortable having us clean your whole house on a regular basis. |
