 Service Agreement 

*  ICleanHouse.com and its cleaners agree to provide services stated in this contract in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition therefore, the client expressly waives any and all claims against ICleanHouse.com or its employees, unless arising from negligence on the part of ICleanHouse.com, Inc. 

*  Payment is due at the time of service in the form of cash, check, money order, or PayPal.com.  Make checks payable to ICleanHouse.com, Inc.

*  A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days. 

*  There is a $35 fee for any check returned by your bank.  Our bank charges us for accepting checks that are returned. If your bank is in error, they should reimburse you for this expense.   

*  We do our best to be flexible as we can with the schedule. If you need to change a cleaning day or time, we will do our best to accommodate you. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for any changes or cancellations. Customers may be charged 50% (minimum $50) of cleaning fee if canceling with less than 48 hours notice. The same fee applies if we are unable to gain access to your property, through no fault of ours. 

  * If someone in your home is ill please call.  This will allow us to choose to clean or reschedule.  Knowing that having a clean home is very important  to our customers especially at this time, we will make every effort to clean for you.  Your call will allow us to wear protective clothing and avoid becoming ill ourselves.

*  If we are specifically requested to dust/clean inside of a hutch/china cabinet, dust any computer equipment, laundry, ironing, or wash dishes, client agrees to not hold ICleanHouse.com responsible for damage to any article or component. 

*  While we make every effort not to break items, accidents do happen. Identical replacement is always attempted but not guaranteed. For this specific reason, we request all irreplaceable items (whether monetary or sentimental) not be cleaned by our staff. Staff will leave a damage report if any damage does take place.  It is client’s responsibility to inform our staff which items NOT to clean. 

*   ICleanHouse.com must be notified within 48 hours of service if damage is discovered. 

*  Client is liable for an employment referral fee of $3,000.00 per person, should you directly employ (either legally or on a cash basis) anyone currently employed by us, or employed by us within the six month period prior to such employment.  Client agrees to pay this fee whether we are notified or we discover this employment independently, at any time after it occurs.  Client further agrees to reimburse us for any and all collection or legal fees we incur in collecting this fee. 

*  ICleanHouse.com prefers that alarms be turned off the day of cleaning. If they must be on, and the alarm is triggered, ICleanHouse.com is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm. 

*  Client agrees to allow ICleanHouse.com to solicit residents as potential clients. This may be through printed materials approved by client, door to door, or via telephone. 

*  Locksmith fees are paid only if ICleanHouse.com misplaces the keys.   

* You agree that when our cleaners exceed your expectations you will reward them.  This can be intangible such as a verbal compliment or tangible such as a token of appreciation or a tip.  Staff members that clean your space share all tips equally. 

ICleanHouse.com reserves the right to change the Service Agreement.
