  1. What do you clean?  We clean the interiors of residential properties. Click here for checklist.  In general we clean visible areas, including ceiling corners and fans. Upon request we will change bed clothes and make beds.  In general we clean where people touch.
  2. How do you clean?  We dust fine wood furniture and nick-knacks with a combination of micro fiber clothes and ostridge feather dusters. Visible hard heat resistant surfaces are cleaned with vapor steam.  That would included but not limited to mirrors, bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and fixtures. We also use vapor steam to clean floors (except carpets).  As needed we may use the following chemicals:  Cleanser, basic H, Diluted Orange Extract, mineral oil and bee's wax furniture polish. 
  3. Do you use our supplies and equipment? Sometimes by request we use the customers equipment.   This will usually slow us down because the equipment might be heavy and attachments are not as easy to use.  Also customers must train us (a billable expense) so that we can properly use maintain the unit.  We hold the customer responsible for their equipment if broken they will need to have it repaired.  Customer will also be liable for injuries to the ICleanHouse.com cleaner caused by customer owned equipment.  If you want us to use your equipment you will need to furnish ICleanHouse.com Inc. with a certificate of insurance.  (Home owner's or renter's policy showing medical and personal liability coverage).
  4. Are you insured and bonded?  Yes, we carry general liability.   For example, our cleaners are instructed to communicate any damage to the customer's property.  ICleanHouse.com will work with you to resolve any issues. Often times we are able to replace or repair items.  You may file a claim for any damages caused by us. We will gladly furnish you with any necessary information. 
  5. Who will be cleaning my house?  Currently the business owner cleans homes.  As we grow we, have helpers available through an agency our goal is to have a team of 2 or 3 regular team members.
  6. Do you provide a satisfaction guarantee with your services? Yes, if you are not satisfied we will return promptly and clean the area(s) that were not cleaned to your satisfaction. (If called within 24 hours) We will provide additional training to your cleaning crew, so that you will be satisfied with future cleaning.
  7. Do you do free estimates? Yes, view our rates page.  We estimate that we can clean your home within our service area for 8-15 cents per square foot.
  8. What is or is not included in my cleaning price? Our rates are based on customer needs.  For example, if a customer only wants the bathrooms cleaned the price would be different than for a whole house cleaning.   We specialize in Green Cleaning. The process takes expertise and additional time. Our customers feel that our service is good value and produces better results.  However, our customers can choose traditional cleaning, we require that chemicals and protective clothing be provided by the customer.   9. How do I pay? Customers may pay with credit cards through PayPal (by providing your email address we will send you a "request for money").  We also accept checks made payable to ICleanHouse.com, Inc. Our parent company.  or cash in a sealed envelope addressed to us and left on the kitchen counter.  If you are home you may pay the leader at the end of the service.
  10. Is it okay to tip?  YES, When you feel that we have served you better than you expected a tip is a way to let us know that you appreciate us.  All tips are shared equally by the team members that cleaned your home.  
  11. What is my email address used for?  Your email address will be used to send you invoices, special offers, and our monthly newsletter. (You may opt in or out at any time for the newsletter) We do not sell or give your email to anyone.

We do offer block-time budget cleaning.  Our minimum is $80.  Give us a list of your ranked cleaning priorities and we will clean down the list. We are aware that most of our customers clean before we get there.  The list is what they weren't able to get to.  This works really well because we don't spend time re-cleaning.  If there is any time remaining we will clean until your time-block budget is reached. (Please note of fee is based on per person labor hour.  for example 2 people working 1 hour equals 2 hours)
